Take I 87 South toward NYC.
- Take Exit 5, Macombs Dam Bridge toward E 161st St.
- Turn Right onto the Macombs Dam Bridge, cross the bridge. The road becomes Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd.
- Go downtown on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. The road becomes 7th Ave. Go to 110th St (Cathedral Pkwy)
- Turn right onto 110th St. at the North end of Central Park. Go a few blocks to Manhattan Ave. The market is on the corner of 110th St. and Manhattan Ave.
From the George Washington Bridge (trucks)
- Cross the George Washington Bridge and take Exit 1, Rt 9A. Bear Left onto W. 178th St. Go about 3 blocks to Broadway
- Turn Right on Broadway, going downtown
- Go to W. 110th St. (Cathedral Pkwy) - Turn Left on 110th St and go 3 blocks to Manhattan Ave. The market will be on your left at the corner of Morningside Park

Via the 4, 5, 6 trains
- On the East Side take the 4, 5, 6 uptown or downtown to 110th St. Walk west on 110th St to Manhattan Ave. Walk or take the cross town bus about 10 blocks to the West Side.
Via the 1, 9, B, D, A, C trains
- On the West Side, take the train to Cathedral Parkway, 110th St. stop. Manhattan Ave is within 5 blocks
