Aug. 7 10am-12pm: Live music at the market! Come hear for yourself why The Westchester Weekly readers voted Fred Gillen Jr. "Best Folk Artist" for three consecutive years! As a solo artist he has released five full-length CD's and two ep's. His latest CD Coney Island has been well-received by local critics and fans.

Aug. 21 10am –12pm Tomato Tasting There are so many types of tomatoes at this time in the market. Have fun tasting all of them at the manager’s tent. Then buy your favorites.

Sep. 11 10am-12pm Join "Corn King" Pono Wong, as he fires up his self-designed corn roasting barrel. There's nothing like a plump farm-fresh golden ear of corn fresh off the grill! Free corn & lemonade too!



Sep. 18 10am-12pm Watch Chef Karen whip up a seasonal dish using fresh ingredients from the farmers market! She'll send you off with a recipe and a taste!

Oct. 2 10am-12pm Old-Fashioned Cider Pressing Demonstration and Free Tasting: Join Barbara and Bill Friedrich as they press apples on a hand crank cider press.

Oct. 9 10am-12pm Apple Tasting. Too many apples to choose from? Taste a few different slices at the manager’s tent. Don’t forget to pick up an information sheet on which apples to buy for pies, sauces, or just for eating.

- Cross the Croton River and continue straight on Route 9 to the center of Ossining
- Turn right onto Main Street
- Park on Main Street or continue through the Spring Street traffic light
- Turn left into the Post Office parking lot

From Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow, Tappan Zee Bridge, and points South
- Route 9
- Continue past Arcadian Shopping Center to the center of Ossining (the High School will be on your right on the hill)
- Turn left onto Main Street
- Park on Main Street or continue through the Spring Street traffic light
- Turn left into the Post Office parking lot

From points west in Westchester
- Route 133
- Cross under Route 9A and continue down Rt. 133 (Croton Ave.)
- Cross Route 9 (Highland Ave.) onto Main Street
- Park on Main Street or continue through the Spring Street traffic light
- Turn left into the Post Office parking lot

From New York City
- Take the Sprain Brook Parkway or Sawmill Parkway
- Exit onto Taconic Parkway, Continue to exit for Routes 9A, 100
- Stay on 9A as Route 100 splits off, continue on 9A
- Get off on Route 133 exit, Ossining
- Turn left on Route 133 (Croton Ave.)
- Cross Route 9 (Highland Ave.) onto Main Street
- Park on Main Street or continue through Spring Street traffic light
- Turn left into the Post Office parking lot

From Yorktown and points further north
- Take the Taconic Parkway
- Exit at Route 133, Ossining
- At traffic light, cross Route 100 onto Route 133
- Cross under Route 9A and continue down Route 133 (Croton Ave.)
- Cross Route 9 (Highland Ave.) onto Main Street
- Park on Main Street or continue through the Spring Street traffic light
- Turn left into the Post Office parking lot
